 Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery (based on your tracking number).  Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition  (unused/ unwashed, free of stains or damage, odor free, etc.). Upon passing inspection, you will receive a refund.

2. Contact information
3. Order number
4. Reason for the return
